Fencing Guardrail company looking for an office assistant to assist VP.
Tasks include
Answer phones and inventory shipments
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Collate and distribute mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Prefer someone with Quick Books experience but willing the train the right person. Schedule is full time 40hrs per week. Due to small size of company benefits are not offered with position.
Northwest Barriers is located in Wasilla off of Church Rd. We do require a drivers license and to have your own vehicle.
