Chaz Limited Collision Express is seeking an experienced, full-time Production Coordinator to join our growing Valley team. This position would assist with all sublet facilitation, production coordination and maximization of technician efficiency.
Responsibilities
Arrange pick up and delivery of customer vehicles
Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
Run production meeting to communicate repair statuses and production priorities to staff
Perform in-process quality control checks daily to ensure company standards are being met
Perform final quality control check prior to delivery
Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays
Make precise arrangements for sublet activity
Implement procedures to communicate production expectations, monitoring of performance and identification of development needs
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Maintain unity between departments through accountability and interpersonal skills
Assist with maintaining shop equipment and facility
Ensure production staff stays on task to achieve common goals
Requirements
Must possess a valid AK Driver License and a clean driving record
Must have strong attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Must be comfortable operating all vehicles
Must be goal driven and independently motivated
Must work well in a team setting
Must have exceptional communication skills
Must have a professional, positive attitude
Must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and grow
2+ years of production coordination experience is preferred
