This Facilities Maintenance Technician with Extensive HVAC knowledge and skills position requires the ability and aptitude to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of equipment. Candidate needs a strong Mechanical Aptitude having good working knowledge on a variety of Commercial/Industrial HVAC equipment and plumbing with moderate proficiency in electrical.
Qualifications:
A high school education or equivalent.
Must have a current NATE Certification.
5 years of directly related Facilities/Building Maintenance experience with Extensive knowledge of HVAC specified Units and Equipment.
