Polyseal Insulation, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated/skilled individual to manage a crew involved with foundation and slab lifting.
The Crew Lead is very important to our organization and is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, managing employees on the job-site, loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, completing quality checks, and job site cleanup. You may be working inside and outside at various construction sites. You may be required to work some overtime hours and occasional out of town work may be necessary.
Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Starting Wage is $15-30/hr depending on experience.
5+ years of construction experience.
1+ year of experience as a foreman/crew lead.
5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
