POSITION: Human Resource Administrator

WAGES: Up to $20 hourly DOE

FULL TIME: 40 hours per week

DAY SHIFT: Available between the hours of 7 a.m to 5 p.m.

We are a 24/7 Operation Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resource Director / Human Resource department by keeping all company information confidential, secured, accurate and updated at all times e.g. data entry, record keeping, reporting, updating database systems and files. This position coordinates, prioritizes, and processes all correspondence in a professional, timely manner using good judgment.

REQUIREMENTS

High school education or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred.

Two years of Human Resources administrative and record keeping experience required. DOT experience preferred.

One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Must have excellent typing / computer skills, including proficiency in windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Maintain composure under pressure and stressful situations.

Able to bend, lift, push and pull over 25 pounds or more is required.

Professional phone voice

Current driver’s license

Have a good driver history record

Must pass background checks

Must be able to read and write in the English language.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays is a must.

Possess a sincere desire for delivering excellent customer

SKILLS and ABILITIES

Excellent communication skills

Be able to follow verbal and written direction.

Must be able to communicate by telephone, and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with all clients, vendors, staff and co-workers.

Maintains the security / confidentiality of applicants / employee information e.g. verbal, written, locking up all file cabinets, logging off computer or software programs when not utilizing or stepping away from desk / office.

Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly stressful environment.

Good eyesight, hearing, manual co-ordination and dexterity.

The ability to receive incoming requests and complete.

Good memory for details and procedures.

Good judgment and decision-making skills.

The ability to work well in a team environment or alone.

Must type at least 30wpm.

Experience with various computer programs and proficient in Excel & Word and Google Suite.

Be able to learn the various HR and Company Information Systems.

Fulfill all other duties assigned by Human Resource Director.
