Fast paced Urgent Care Clinic seeking Full Time Experienced Medical Receptionist available to work evenings M-F 3:00pm-11:00pm and/or weekends 8:ooam-4:00pm
Applicant must express excellent customer service skills, be energetic, organized, and have the ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Applicant must also be able to pass a criminal background check, have 1-2 years medical office experience with;
HIPAA regulations
Checking patients in/out
Data entry
Collecting co-pays/co-insurance and deductibles
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
File, fax, scan and copy patient medical records
Answering multi-phone lines.
Our practice utilizes AthenaNet as our EMR system, experience with AthenaNet is a plus.
