Candidates should exhibit the following abilities:
General prep skills ( knife skills, ability to use scale, etc.)
Knowledge of, and commitment to, sanitation standards
Maintains quality of work and good attitude under pressure
Able to work well in a team environment
Follows recipes and directions given by leads in a timely and respectful manner
This position requires :
Self Sufficiency
Current Anchorage Municipal Food Handler's Card (ServSafe is preferred)
Experience in the kitchen is necessary
Reliable transportation
Communication skills
