Job Title: Reservations Agent: The Reservations Agent is responsible for answering guest inquiries via phone, online and travel agents in a timely manner; maintaining an accurate record of reservations to include lodging, activities and shuttles; processing reservations and handling sensitive guest data.
Job Requirements: This job is located in Anchorage and may potentially have a hybrid schedule of in office and work from home days. Must be able to maintain a professional, friendly attitude with guests and coworkers; must be able to compose professional replies to guest inquiries over the phone and in written correspondence; must be able to work as a team with coworkers who may be working in a different location to ensure a quality experience for guests; may be required to lift objects up to 50 pounds; hours may be varied including weekends and holidays; must have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize work load.
Note: This is not an entry level position, 1 year administrative duties required.
Starting Pay: Depends on experience
