NANA Management Services is seeking a cook in Anchorage, AK.
The cook is responsible for placing all food orders through approved vendors through on-line web-sites and phone. Prepares food items for grill during lunch services, assists Head chef with daily operational needs and the cleaning and sanitizing of preparation areas and equipment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NMS mission, vision, and values as well as departmental policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by formal training, or additional equivalent experience.
- At least three (3) years of directly related restaurant cooking experience which demonstrates a working
knowledge of high-volume food production, food service production, food service positions, equipment, and
supervisory techniques in this field.
- Alaska Food Workers card and/or Servsafe Certification.
