Settlers Bay Lodge is looking for outgoing, motivated, hardworking and positive individuals to join our team. Must be fast on their feet and possess the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations. As a host/busser, you can expect to work closely with the rest of the staff in coordinating the flow of the restaurant.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Greeting guests and seating them in a proper server rotation
Bussing tables and preparing them for new guests
Handling reservations
Maintaining a clean/organized work space
Restocking supplies
Giving a helping hand wherever it is needed
Qualifications
Must have an open schedule with no limitations
Able to meet physical demands of working in a busy restaurant (lifting heavy trays, glassware, etc.)
Effective and positive communication skills
Able to multi-task and roll with the punches
Positive work ethic & professional upbeat attitude
Enjoys being part of a team
