The Eagle River Microtel is seeking a motivated, flexible and responsible individual to assist in the staffing of our front desk; prior hospitality experience strongly preferred, but we are willing to provide training to exceptional applicants.
Front Desk Responsibilities include: Ability to make reservations for guests. Data entry. Answer phone calls. Folding laundry. Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and vendors. Ability to multi-task and be able to communication issues with Managers and other team members. Must be able to problem solve. Must be professional and a team player.
The following shifts and hours need to be filled:
Sunday - Thursday: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Overtime and alternate shift coverage as necessary
Starting wage is $11 per hour.
