Chef needed for remote fishing lodge. Meal planning and ordering for 6 guests and a crew of 5. Daily chef duties of Breakfast service and lunch preparation, then Dinner service, with deserts. There is a set menu. This is a job that is off the road system and runs from June 1- September 30. This is a 7 day a week job. This job is a monthly salary paid position, plus weekly tips, with room and board included. Private bedroom and bathroom included.
Salary is depending on experience. Must be a team player, and there is a lot of interaction with guests from all over the country and Europe. So, happy people skills and a team player is required. Please send resume with references.
