Job duties will include but are not limited to:

Fulfill general office duties such as answering incoming calls on multi-line phone systems and checking voicemail messages.

Collect and distribute mail and packages.

Assist with access requests to labs and classrooms.

Scan, file, shred, and/or copy documents.

Provide support to various internal projects and a variety of other office duties as needed.

Required Knowledge and Skills: Applicant must possess knowledge of basic computer software to include MS Office (Word, Excel). Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with diverse patrons. Willingness to learn and capability to quickly apply new knowledge. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Ability to operate common office equipment including a multi-line telephone system. Ability to work well as part of a team, and also to work independently on tasks as assigned.High school diploma is required. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred. Previous Aviation related experience and/or background preferred. Experience handling confidential records is desirable.This is a departmentally administered labor pool.
