Interface with military site leadership and site contract operations, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance. Support the On-Site Lead Engineer with NaaS technical solution implementation; program design reviews, oversight of telecom equipment installs and operations, systems, facilities; interact with tenant organizations .Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage implementation of NaaS architectural solution at the base level

Support Base operations across Active Duty, Air Nat’l Guard, Reserve missions

Drives process improvements based on Air Force experiences and recommendations for service assurance.

Prepares and implements service improvement action plans as required.

Interacts with multiple levels of internal, vendor, and Air Force key personnel regarding service performance.

Serves as customer advocate and escalation point of contact for service performance issues.

Responsible for meeting all operations service levels, including incident management, problem management, change management, and availability.

Provides operations reports to Air Force, including performance for SLOs, chronic issues, and remediation plans.

Determines appropriate configurations of telecommunications hardware and software to ensure the desired performance of telecommunications equipment.

Attends meetings, conferences, task forces, committees, events, etc. to provide and receive updated information, work in unity with the Air Force and other agencies with similar telecommunication equipment and system interests, and assure the organization’s position is represented.

Researches, gathers and compiles relevant technical information to enhance, modify and maintain assigned networks and telecommunications systems

Required Clearance:Secret required (#secret)Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in DoD base level IT and facilities management

Good verbal and written communication skills with internal IT colleagues; business leaders and external audit community

10+ years in leading commercial or DoD teams in IT communications discipline

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree

PMP, or Prince2 certification
