Key Responsibilities:
-Provide a safe, warm and accepting environment
-Maintain confidentiality at all times
-Use appropriate and positive redirection
-Interact with the children in a positive, consistent manner on their level
-Maintain a clean, sanitary environment
-Consistent attendance and punctuality a must
