Sober Companion Agency seeking a sober companion.
Must be Sober.
Primary responsibilities include: Transportation to AA Meetings, Organizing, facilitating, and implementing activities to promote client social and coping skills. Accurately conveying client behavior and status, client response, and client programs both verbally and in-writing to clients, families, and members of the treatment team.
Qualifications: High School Diploma is a plus. 6 months of relevant experience in Social Work, Behavioral Health is preferred. Excellent verbal, interactive, and communication skills. Patient, professional, and compassionate personality. Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent Customer Service skills.
Must be sober or have extensive prior experience as a sponsor/sober companion or sober coach.
Competitive pay
