Position: Full-Time Sales and Service Agent
Wages: : up to $15 an hour DOE
Hours Vary between: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Must be available on Weekends and Holidays

Job Summary: Assist in maintaining an efficient, positive environment that ensures present company customer service standards, sales goals and objectives are met. Position requires ability to coordinate, prioritizes, and processes all office duties in a professional, timely manner.
Must possess the minimum qualifications for Sales & Service Agent as well as including but not limited to:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of sales and customer service experience
Possess a sincere desire for delivering 1st-rate customer service
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
This position will require frequent sitting and use of hands and arms.
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Duties will include but not limited to, promoting sales specials, booking trips, payment processing, excellent customer service and communication skills, Computer knowledge, able to work under pressure, be professional at all times, and be flexible. Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, and or strong sales experience is preferred.
Shift Description:
This work requires sitting for long periods. It can be stressful when dealing with emergencies or with routine work punctuated by very busy periods.
