The Wasilla Veterinary Clinic of Wasilla, AK seeks a mature, professional, and reliable customer service oriented individual to support our veterinary team in the role of Client Service Representative. This PT position requires flexibility in scheduling (applicants must be available between 6am-7pm, Monday thru Friday) with occasional shifts on Saturdays from 7:30am-4:30pm. Schedule offers approx. 20 hours p/week with the potential of becoming FT with up to 40 hours p/week.
Applicants must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and handle stressful situations while delivering excellent care to our clients. Friendliness, eagerness to help and a strong sense of compassion for patient care is crucial for success in this position. Physical requirements may include being able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, kneeling, bending at the knee, and using a step ladder to stock inventory.
Client Service Representatives with 1+ years of client service experience are desired, but we are able and willing to train an exceptional candidate without previous experience.
