WestRock Web Flexo Lead FULL-TIME $28/hr 200 Totem Ave, Eutaw, AL 35462 As the Web Flexo Lead, you will be responsible for safely managing all aspects of the Web Cutters performance including productivity, quality, and maintenance. Duties include: Ensure SQF/food packaging safety compliance Able to perform and train operators on machine make-ready to set it up to run production. Performing quality checks according to established procedures to ensure all Quality Standards (Copy checks, gluing and gluing detections checks, case label, line clearance, case pack) are being met. Making necessary adjustments to the cutters and other elements of the process as needed. Recording and maintaining Daily Management System reports at the end of shift Operating machine and perform trouble shooting and adjustments necessary to ensure quality and conformity of package material. Keeping waste within company guidelines. Training new employees and operators on machines Monitoring machine efficiencies & speeds to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments. Performing preventative maintenance checks according to established procedures & schedules. Complete Safety, Quality, and production reports.
