If you have heart disease, we invite you to join our new study. It can potentially help you become healthier, improve your quality of life, and reduce your risk of future cardiac issues.
This clinical study will provide you with a highly personalized, at-home coaching program that is backed by research and developed in partnership with leading cardiologists from across the nation. The program will:
- Provide you with a personalized cardiac exercise program to strengthen your heart
- Customized nutrition coaching and guidelines
- Give you support via chat with a human coach who can answer questions about your lifestyle
- Encourage family, friends, or others who have experienced something similar to you

You or a loved one may qualify if:
- Have been diagnosed with any heart disease (including, but not limited to, heart attack, bypass surgery, heart valve repair/replacement, stents, heart failure, or circulatory issues like peripheral arterial disease)
- Have an iPhone or Android phone, and a US phone number
- Can receive text messages and access the internet daily
- Can read, speak, and understand basic English
Everything will be conducted over the phone and on your own. We are doing various study groups that will last for 12 weeks, including an initial call to set up the App.
