23397BRJob Title:Accountant, SeniorLocation:Afflink (0261)Job Description:The Senior Accountant performs accounting duties for various departments within AFFLINK. Compiles financial information, processes journal entries into various accounts and reconciles reports and financial data.DUTIES
Reconciles and balances accounts for which responsibility has been delegated.
Prepares journal entries as deemed necessary in the accounts for which responsibility has been delegated.
Records revenue for the departments for which responsibility is delegated in accordance with accounting standards.
Accounting setup for new programs, vendors and customers.
Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Prepares historical analysis reports to management as needed.
Assists with the preparation of the company’s budget.
Provides requested reports to management.
Prepares registrations as needed and monthly filings for sales tax. Performs tax research as needed.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or other AFFLINK management.
