We are looking for a clerical assistant to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks .
The ideal candidate will be seeking long-term employment, possess phone skills. The right person needs to be able to multi-task, be detailed in their work, be organized.
Job Duties:
Answer Phones
Communicate with office staff as needed for continuous flow of paperwork
Maintain spreadsheets (MS Excel)
Send email correspondence
Filing
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office, (with above average knowledge in Excel, Word)
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Good command of the English language, oral and written
Possess a professional attitude, as well as exceptional communication skills (phone, or in person)
Ability to multi-task and work as an integral member of the team
Attention to details, Proof Reading, Exceptional documentation and Tracking of Paperwork
Self-motivated to use down-time to stay ahead of workload.
