We are looking for an administrative assistant for our office to perform a variety of organizational and clerical tasks .
The ideal candidate will be seeking long-term employment, possess phone skills. The right person needs to be available to work Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
Job Duties:
-Strong Telephone Skills
-Greet Visitors
-Sign for deliveries and distribute
-Communicate with office staff as needed for continuous flow of paperwork
-Maintain spreadsheets (MS Excel)
-Send email correspondence
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, (with above average knowledge in Excel, Word)
-Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
-Good command of the English language, oral and written
-Possess a professional attitude, as well as exceptional communication skills (phone, or in person)
-Ability to multi-task; work as an integral member of the team or work independently
-Attention to details, Proof Reading, Exceptional documentation and Tracking of Paperwork
-Self-motivated to use down-time to stay ahead of workload.
-Excellent typing and filing skills
-Capable of internet research to assist the estimating/bidding department
