We are looking for an experienced lawncare maintenance technician to cut, weed eat/trim and pick up debris (as needed) at two of our rental complexes in Sheffield-Sheffield Point and 9 Oaks.
Our pay rate is $350 for each service at Sheffield Point & $250 for each service at 9 Oaks -2 times a month-$1200 per month until October and then starting again in March/April to October.
If you are interested, please drive by the properties to see the grass (we take care of the bushes). Sheffield Pointe-3001 E. 19th Ave & 9 Oaks-701 W. 6th St. You'll need some good equipment (riding lawnmower, blower and weed eater) to be able to accomplish this and two previous grass cutting references.
