Our client is located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. We are looking for 20 Pharmacy Technicians who will help in their call center fielding calls, coming in from customers filling prescriptions, asking which stores to go to, and general questions about their prescriptions.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in a customer service environment
Ability to type 25+ words per minute
Comfortable navigating in Microsoft Windows
Professional over the phone
Additional Information:
There are 2 shifts 7-3 and 2:30-11 Monday through Friday and 1 weekend. The bulk of the need is the later shift.
