As a team we all work together to wear many hats to include scheduling appointments, assisting with front desk as needed, keeping our environment clean, warm and friendly while providing World Class Service to our clients.
Operational Hours: Mon-Fri (10-7pm) Sat (10-6pm)
Part/Full Time (Days TBD)
Must have a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
New Grads are Welcome/Will Train

Professional - Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Strong communication/customer service skills, passionate about achieving results for your clients
Implements all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures with all Guests & Staff on a consistent basis.
Suggest treatments & Educate Guests with confidence & knowledge on services, and products available
Recommend and be able to perform facial protocols with consistency according to brand standards: Skin Analysis, Pressure Point Facial Massage, European Facial Massage, Manual Extractions, Retail Marketing, & Aftercare Recommendations.
Stay updated on current retail services/products.
Create & Maintain positive relationships with Team Members
Recognize and support team goals.
Requirements:
Current Alabama Esthetician/Cosmetologist License but not required for lashes or makeup. We will train the right person
Experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. This is a part time to full time opportunity.
High school diploma/GED required
Retail, Sales/Spa experience preferred
Positive, pleasant and professional appearance
Self-motivated & Ability to self market
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexible Schedule - Ability to work flexible days and hours.

Compensation/Incentives:
Base hourly pay, + retail product commission + Tips - (Tiered commission compensation plan includes pay ranging from $10 - $18/service hour) Paid Weekly
