Sr. Information Assurance Analyst

Delaware Nation Industries has a position for an Information Assurance Analyst in Montgomery, Alabama. The successful candidate will be part of a team that will deliver secure enterprise-wide information technology services that enables and enhances the DoD’s ability to execute their mission. In this position, you will provide services related to Mission Partner Implementation and Sustainment activities. This government contract position requires an active secret clearance.

Planning Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and solicit DISA Cyber Line of Business (LoB) feedback for current and planned programs and/or projects to determine security risks and technical feasibility, to include implementation and sustainment resource requirements.Provide security engineering and integration services to include Service Request Form (SRF) and Letter Estimate (LE) evaluations for Mission Partner programs.Ensure information system programs are registered in DoD’s mandated program registration system during SRF review process.Review technical, operational, and cybersecurity design requirements for Mission Partner programs to validate logical sequence of implementation task execution, and compliance with policies, regulations, Federal Law and cybersecurity practices.Analyze major/critical cybersecurity implementation problems for Mission Partner programs, provide recommendations, and facilitate resolutions.Participate in working groups to recommend solutions, perform technical analysis, support discussions/meetings, provide necessary research to support Bill of Materials (BOMs) development, system design support, and conduct studies and research on new technologies and/or initiatives.Facilitate and support infrastructure improvements as technology evolves to include developing and implementing strategies to meet future requirements.Review and recommend equipment configurations changes based upon cybersecurity directives and governance including established configuration management policy and cybersecurity practices.Operations Responsibilities:

Provide Mission Partner outreach and advocacy while facilitating resolution to a wide range of complex security needs including navigating DISA’s information system end-to-end processes, vulnerability compliance, and cybersecurity issues.Facilitate information system Ports, Protocols and Services (PPS) registration in DoD’s central registry system throughout system life cycle.Analyze major/critical cybersecurity sustainment problems for Mission Partner programs, provide recommendations, and facilitate resolutions.Distribute Government approved copy of the cybersecurity documentation to Mission Partners.Research Mission Partner program information using DISA cybersecurity tools to include Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR), eMASS, Mission Partner Portal, Budget Execution Reporting Tool (BERT) reports, and ESPS.Use the OSD's official Knowledge Service portal as authoritative source for RMF policy and implementation guidelines.Support hardware, software, and network cybersecurity engineering modernization, standardization, and automation activities.Perform quality assessments of Cyber LoB reports delivered to Mission Partners.Experience & Skills:

5 years of relevant and recent cybersecurity experience required.5 years of demonstrated experience working in security activities related to security posture in DISA and/or other enterprise DoD environment.5 years of relevant/recent experience with Microsoft Office products.Understanding of standards management, including Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM), Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Assurance Controls.Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network cybersecurity engineering modernization, standardization, and automation required.Experience with continuous monitoring tools and techniques required.Experience with security posture assessment and configuration baseline management required.Experience in Operational Orders and Cyber Security Task Orders management for programs in sustainment desired.Experience working in the DISA’s cyber security ecosystem a strong plus.Must have strong critical thinking/analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills required.Strong time management skills required.Education & Certification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (a total of 11 years of relevant and recent work experience).Minimum of IAM II certification required (CISM, CISSP, CCISO, CASP+, GSLC or CAP).CISSP certification a plus.Security Requirements:

All candidates for consideration must have an active DoD Secret IT-I (SSBI) or Top Secret Clearance.
