MS Companies is seeking motivated individuals with manufacturing and/or assembly experience to join our growing team! We are currently hiring for various Assembler positions in Montgomery, AL.
Location: Montgomery, AL
Pay Rate: up to $10.50/hr

WHAT IS EXPECTED
· Assemble parts/products to complete units of equipment
· Perform various production assembly functions such as bolting, attaching hose fittings and positioning parts to insert fasteners.
· Ability to follow instructions/directions thoroughly with acute attention to detail and accuracy
· Work well in a fast paced environment
· Must be able to read and follow written and verbal directions
· Enjoy working closely with others and successfully functions as part of a team
· Regular attendance and punctuality.
· Other functions, as required, beyond those mentioned.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
· Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
· One year of prior experience in assembly, manufacturing or sequencing (preferred)
· Acute attention to detail
· Self-motivation and dedication to meet daily goals
· Ability to lift up to 15lbs throughout duration of shift
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with varying temperatures
· Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage
