This role is responsible for the day to day administrative functions of the HR Operations department.This position is also responsible for business unit specific projects and administrative tasks. This is a great position to learn and develop your Human Resources experience within a global company with long term career growth opportunities.Essential Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between teams within the HR Operations department.

Process paperwork received from HR partners for personnel transactions in Oracle HRIS including but not limited to new hires, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, supervisor changes and terminations of employment ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Process eVerify on new hires in timely manner; works with HR partners when discrepancies are returned.

Compile payments such as Hire-on Bonuses, Severances, Vacation payouts, etc for Payroll.

Follow up with employees where local tax forms are required to ensure appropriate local tax form is complete and submitted.

Strong understanding of state and local laws.

Answer general employee questions in a shared HR mailbox.

Update eTime accrual information.

Send UPS documents to employees as required by state law.

Maintain log of all pending new hires and follow up for paperwork completion.

Provide ad hoc payroll and project support as needed.

Ability to work the hours of 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or experience in related area is preferred.

Minimum 1 years of human resources and payroll experience preferred.

Experience within HR environment is preferred.

Knowledge of general HR administration theory, principles, and practices.

Detail-oriented, extremely organized and flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced business environment.

Must possess strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Strong service orientation. Possess a positive, professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills and will be a self-starter seeing projects through to completion.
