We are on a mission to find a skilled and reliable Handyman or Handywoman to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients’ maintenance requests, and getting homes rent-ready after move-outs.
Compensation : $20 - $35 Hourly
Responsibilities :
Restore recently vacated apartment homes
Change bulbs, locks / keys, drywall repair
Must be able to install appliances and furniture
Exterior / interior painting
Fixing maintenance issues of tents
Proficiency in residential pluming and leak repairs
Proficiency in drywall repairs
Basic carpentry
Basic residential electric
Experience in building maintenance and repairs
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
