Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile in need of a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic facility maintenance and repairs such as troubleshooting equipment and repairs around the facility. This position is long term. $12 starting out and pay will increase once fully trained and capable of completing daily tasks with little to no supervision. Benefits offered.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
2 years previous maintenance experience
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate within a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Bending, standing, crouching, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Inspecting, repairing, and installing various machines.
Frequently carrying shafts, ladders, tools, etc
Handling Various tools
Occasional Data Entry
