This candidate will assist in new product deployments, and help field desk requests for Microsoft Office, internet connectivity, proxy, email configuration, and other daily user issues. This candidate must have good communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment, and must have a flexible schedule when needed (minimal local travel may be required).
Job Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Structures
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Server 2008R2/2016 implementation and deployment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Ethernet networking and routing
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL preferred
- Working knowledge of Machine Programming (PLC) preferred
- Associates degree or higher
