REALTY ADVOCATES LLC IS RECRUITING REAL ESTATE AGENTS FOR BALDWIN COUNTY!

We are seeking highly self-motivated professionals interested in becoming a Real Estate Agent (Realtor) or who are already Realtors seeking a change to join our growing team!

Primary Responsibilities:

You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients you represent in consultation with the Broker.

List and sell residential, acreage, lots or commercial real estate

Negotiate listing contracts with sellers

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, according to who you are representing or assisting

Host open houses and other events as needed at your listings in an attempt to attract buyers

Prepare market analyses to help determine property values when listing properties or working as a buyer's agent when making an offer

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and rules of representation

Verify and disclose property facts to clients as known to you or provided by the seller.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is desired, but not required

Detail oriented

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desire to learn and implement what you have learned.

Other important information:

You will be an independent contractor (self employed) working under the supervision of the owner/broker of Realty Advocates LLC. Being "hired" means being allowed to place your real estate licensed with the brokerage.

This position is strictly commission based, so there is unlimited potential for income based on the work you put into it. Plus, as you reach sales goals, the amount of commission you will earn will automatically go up.

If new to the business, it is recommended that you have a start-up budget of $3,000 to cover the required expenses (courses, tests, licenses, Realtor association dues and membership fees (local, state and national), online advertising to generate buyer and seller leads, and other miscellaneous required expenses).

Realty Advocates LLC will help with several expenses (e.g. signs)

Realty Advocates LLC DOES NOT CHARGE FEES beyond the moneys from the commission split on any sales. From those funds, the company pays 100% of the premiums for errors and omissions insurance (some companies charge you), provides office space and supplies for when working at the office, and the broker's expertise to provide supervision and consultation.

Realty Advocates LLC is a full-service real estate agency currently with an emphasis in the sale of homes, condos, lots and land. However, if agents with experience in commercial real estate are looking for a new work family, please make your interest known.

The brokerage is dedicated to providing customer-centered service, whether representing sellers, buyers or both. Anyone licensed through this brokerage must be highly motivated, confident and willing to learn, even if already having experience in real estate sales.
