This position is for a PART TIME (2 hours per day - Monday-Friday) Groundskeeper and PART TIME (7 hours per week - Every Saturday) Leasing Agent. Total of 17 hours per week.
We are a locally owned and operated property management company who has been in business for over 50 years. We own properties in Baldwin and Mobile Counties. This position is for a property located in Daphne, AL.
Candidate must:
Have excellent work references.
Be a proven team player.
Take direction easily from supervisor.

Be able to work without supervision.
Have impeccable character.
Have a great personality and be able to interact with residents daily.
Be able to complete tasks on time.
Be able to complete tasks completely and accurately.
Take pride in your work.
Be able to take call on a rotating basis one week out of every 6 weeks.
Be able to travel from Daphne to Foley and Mobile as needed for call or to cover other properties.
Be reliable.
Be dependable.
Have computer knowledge.
Have experience working in an office environment.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Candidate must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying.
