CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established and growing real estate company, is currently seeking a leasing consultant to join our team. Candidates interested in leasing should have previous experience or sales experience, but not required. Leasing consultants are responsible for leasing apartment homes for future prospects. Responsibilities include: greeting and engaging each person that is on the property interested in renting a home, providing a tour of the property highlighting the layout, amenities and the surrounding amenities in an area to successfully close the sale of renting a home. Administrative duties include, but not limited to, lease files, data entry of guest card information, answering incoming calls, responding to email inquiries and collecting local marketing and comp data, lease applications, etc. Candidates will work in a fast pace office environment with multiple interruptions, strong organization skills and communication skills are preferred.
