Interested candidates must:
Have at least one year apartment leasing experience
Be dependable and reliable
Be a self-starter and self-director.
Be highly organized and detail oriented in all aspects including administrative skills.
Have excellent customer service skills that include the ability to build resident/customer relations.
Be flexible with scheduling and capable of prioritizing tasks.
Be a team player including supportive to the Management and Maintenance team members.
Have strong excel, word and outlook skills (Onesite experience a plus).
Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
