Role (Overview of the Position)
As the front line of contact it is your main responsibility to represent our brand, make each person you have contact with leave with a smile, and to do whatever it takes to make our members experience inside our facility the Best 45 Minutes of Their Day.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
-Answer all forms of contact (phones, text line, facebook messages)
-Follow up with leads and schedule appointments 4-5 hours of following up daily
-Complete all tasks on our Project Evolve Promise Customer Service Standard
Assist members with account related questions
Results (Key Performance Indicators)
75% Show rate for all appointments
65% Leads start a trial program within 7 days of contact
Follow up with new leads within 1 minute of opt it
Respond to all text or facebook messages, and facebook comments within 1 minute
Resolve all customer questions, issues or concerns
Exemplify all of our core values daily
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
Google office, Email, Microsoft Office
Experience using Facebook and Instagram
Previous customer service experience
Extremely enthusiastic and positive personality
Fitness enthusiast
