Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades, and be available 24/7 for any and all maintenance emergencies that may happen after hours for the property. This position requires that you be available for after hours and on call work on weekends. General work hours are Monday thru Friday, 7.30AM to 5 PM.
Experience with building HVAC systems. Adjust zone temperatures, walk thru building, tenant interface.
Must have your own tools, and transportation to and from the property for after hours emergency calls.
Must be able to respond within 15 mins. to any and all after hours emergency calls sent out by the property manager
Must have your own working cell phone and be reachable at all times.
Basic drywall, painting, drywall repair
Basic Plumbing Repair, HVAC, some carpentry, Basic Electrical work, replacement of light bulbs etc.,
Compensation includes:
