All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Food Handler Permit Card (Back of House) or Food & Beverage Handler Permit (Front of House). Must acquire within 30 days of hire.
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Provide guest-focused service
Server/Bar:
Responsibilities and Duties
Work well in a team environment
Invite and make guests feel welcome
Be knowledgeable of Wet Willie’s products and service procedures
Complete daily and weekly side work
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Commitment to providing the best service experience possible
Greeter/Door Person:
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcome guests with an upbeat/positive demeanor
Properly review and recognize valid identification
Be knowledgeable of Wet Willie’s Products
Knowledge of local area and events
Kitchen:
Responsibilities and Duties
Set up station according to guidelines
Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications
Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
Maintains work area practicing proper safety and organizational skills
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Ticket time awareness and communication
Qualifications
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
Knowledge concerning safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
Previous Prep or Line Cook experience
Professional/Courteous Communication Skills
Ability to take direction and work in a Team environment
Self-Motivated
Commitment to serving high-quality products in a quick and efficient manner.
Mobile Food Handler Permit acquired within 30 days of hire date.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
