Steelwood Country Club is interviewing for the Sous Chef position. Must be good at working all stations in kitchen, Sauté, Grill, Pantry, Expo, and Utility. Essential Duties:
Oversees & manages food preparation for Kitchen. Supervises & executes high quality food standards
Monitors & manages Kitchen equipment to ensure everything is in clean & proper working order
Maintains & implements daily food prep list
Maintains quality sanitation practices
Assist in food ordering, receiving & rotation
Maintains & evaluates existing food concepts. Assist in development of new food concepts.
Assist in meeting department budgetary goals, labor management, food cost and working with FOH to attain these goals
Promotes positive communication between all departments.
Handles disputes in a timely professional manner
Addresses complaints & resolves problems
Performs other duties as required
Has good work ethic & keeps positive attitude under stress
