Position: Cellarman/Brewer’s Assistant
Reports to: Head Brewer & Management
Basic Duties and Responsibilities
CIP and SIP fermenters and brite tanks
Cleaning kegs
Packaging finished beer
Draft line cleaning
Diligence in record keeping and documentation
Adhere to all safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work space
Following all established SOPs
Tracking batch data with QC/QA analytics
Cellar, transfer, carbonate, keg, and package beer according to SOP’s and scheduling
Work as a cohesive and efficient team player
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma
Proficiency in time management and record keeping
Strong work ethic
Working Conditions
Lift 55 lbs. from the ground to shoulder
Be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
Hot, humid, loud, and/or wet
