Must have valid driver's license and SS card readily available.

JOB SUMMARY: As a Country Club of Mobile Team Member, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. Our members and guests expect the best. As a CCM Team Member you play a major role in providing the best quality service possible. Service with a Smile is a key element in providing a positive experience. Your individual personality and smile should shine through; you should make every effort to use it to your advantage. You should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. All CCM Team Members must at all times, be guest-sensitive and possess a sense of urgency in your timing. Successful CCM Team Members take pride in personal appearances, show dedication, display integrity and honesty in all areas of service

1. Patrol the back golf course.

2. No fishing allowed on the course “ if someone is fishing ask them to leave at once; ask their name and turn it into the General Manager.

3. No one is allowed on the golf course after dark or when the golf course is closed.

4. Introduce yourself to the member and instruct them to leave, telling them that it is per Country Club policy.

5. Ask their name and write it down; take their picture and turn it into the General Manager.

6. Stop people who are walking their dogs on the course. It is against Club policy.

7. During the patios evening hours, you are to keep children off of the course and direct them to stay on the event lawn.

Must be punctual and work the schedule. (Tuesday through Sunday 4:00 p.m. until dark)

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid Alabama drivers license.

Must have American Red Cross Lifesaving and AED training or be willing to obtain training.

Must be a self-starter, outgoing, good communication skills, organized, detailed oriented and neat in appearance.

Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.

Must be physically capable of walking, running or using stairs on a daily basis.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time; possible frequent bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching.

Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.

Must be available to work the scheduled shift and overtime if necessary.

Ability to work with others.
