Chef/Kitchen Manager
We are a small, medium-volume, boutique, off-premise catering business located in Gulfport, MS.
We are seeking a creative and ambitious Chef to be in charge of food preparation, purchasing, kitchen management, kitchen cost controls, and sanitation.
Although we have some proven recipes, your input into menus and recipes is welcome. Standards of high quality, a passion for the Culinary Arts, as well as a dedicated work ethic are vital to this position.

This job requires hard work and sometimes long hours.
We work in public and private venues as well as private homes. Our market is a mix of social and corporatemany weddings.
You and your work will be recognized, promoted and credited.
Pay is hourly so that you can participate in pooled tips and receive overtime, but a guaranteed $30,000.00 per year minimum is guaranteed.
