Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, bash, etc. Strong Linux system administration, specifically RedHat. Moderately Strong SQL Based Database administration, specifically DB2. Familiarity with Middleware/Application Servers, specifically IBM Products such as WebSphere Application Server. Familiarity with Networking. Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with a worldwide team. Strong operational skills including incident and change management.
