DC Lawn and Landscape is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Landscape quality inspector/assistant to help our Operations Manager. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Landscape quality inspector/assistant is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks including interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email. Throughout all of these interactions. Must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Each interaction affects the company’s bottom line in either a positive or negative way. Must be able to add value to our company. Must have a clean driving record and drug free. Knowledge of Landscaping is preferred Pay is $13.00 to $16.00 an hour. This job will require you to be outdoors most of the day
