Seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager for a new hotel scheduled to open between March and April located in Mobile, Alabama. The General manager will have complete operational oversight of the 90 guest room hotel including building a solid team, achieving customer satisfaction/service quality, meeting/exceeding financial goals, and delivering a return on investment for ownership. Ideal candidates will have prior Hilton brand standard experience and be able to create a positive work environment by inspiring and training department heads to achieve outstanding results. Candidates with opening or complete renovation experience will take precedent.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years as a GM
Prior Hilton experience will take priority
Opening or heavy renovation experience is highly preferred
Must have a track record of effective leadership experience
