JOB SUMMARY
Duck Duck Rooter Septic Services ™ is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call center located in Daphne, Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a cutting-edge plumbing and septic company that has already experienced major growth with goals to become a national brand.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving in-bound calls and must talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat, or social media to schedule estimates, resolve questions or concerns
Preforms out-bound calls to confirm customer appointments
Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Communicates daily with the field managers over phone and email
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience, Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is not required
We love people with past or current phone-related customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Ability to use phone and computer systems together
