A Commercial Printer located in Mobile, AL has an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The CSR serves as the primary contact with customers, and is responsible for communicating with customers to determine the specifications and requirements to produce the product. They then create an estimate and communicate the project details to the production team. They must be able to handle a fast paced, constantly changing, and demanding work environment.
We are looking for an individual that has an outgoing personality, works well within a team, organized and can communicate effectively. They must be detail oriented and organized and know their way around computers.
