Property Management / Facilities Maintenance at a Self Storage facility in Mobile, Alabama.
The Facility Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: Keeping the grounds clean and well maintained, including lawn work. Clean units when vacated and get them ready to rent. Should be experienced in using small power tools, general repairs as needed. Looking for a hard working self starter. Support for the Facility Manager as needed. Good customer relation skills.
