JOB SUMMARY:
The Owner Relations Representative serves as the primary contact to property owners in an assigned portfolio. The Owner Relations Representative is charged with maintaining extensive and accurate interaction and communication with owners in order to build trusting, productive and lasting relationships. One of the key roles of the Owner Relations Representative is to closely monitor the revenue of their owners' units and take proactive steps to generate increased revenue on lower producing units. Additionally, it is the Owner Relations Representative's responsibility to see that each owner's unit is maintained in such a condition to remain profitable in the Company's rental program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain successful relationships with owners
Respond to and resolve owner inquiries regarding contract questions, unit revenue / account statements, repairs, rental activity, etc.
Suggest marketing strategies or other proactive measures for generating increased revenue for weaker producing units
Act as liaison between owners and vendors for repair and/or upgrade of units
Facilitate upgrades and maintenance of owners' units
Communicate cost and comparables as necessary pertaining to upgrades and maintenance
Preparation and follow up of work orders for repair and maintenance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of basic business principles
3-5 years experience in sales, account management/representative, customer service
